CIAPE ha preso parte al meeting di avvio del progetto New Start, a Barcellona, insieme ad organizzazioni partner provenienti da Germania, Scozia e Spagna.
Il progetto affronta la sfida dell’integrazione di immigrati e rifugiati adulti attraverso la promozione dei valori e della cultura europei. I partner produrranno, tra gli altri risultati progettuali, un inventario di metodologie e strategie didattiche che i formatori potranno applicare in aula. Alcuni dei temi: cultura europea, Europa reale versus “sogno europeo”, tematiche di genere, atteggiamenti da adottare sul posto di lavoro.
Il meeting è stato un successo in quanto ha consentito ai partner di conoscersi e stabilire uno spirito di squadra positivo e collaborativo.

CIAPE attended the kick-off meeting of the project New Start, in Barcelona, together with partners from Germany, Scotland and Spain.
The project deals with the challenge of integration of adult migrants and refugees, by fostering the acquisition of European values and culture. The partners will produce, among the other project results, an inventory of training methodologies and strategies to be applied by trainers in classroom settings. Among the subjects: European culture, the real Europe versus the “European dream”, gender issues, culture at workplace.
The meeting was very successful, as the partners had the chance to know each other and to establish a positive and collaborative team spirit.
