To provide young people from rural areas with skills to setup co-working spots acting as future skills’ propulsor engines around three crucial sectors: health & personal care, green economy and STE(A)M
To empower young people from rural areas with the capabilities to create co-working and start-up incubators, exploiting potentialities offered by circular economy in three specific areas: furniture, agro-business & building/housing
To promote co-working spaces as a concept to reconvert abandoned spaces and to encourage entrepreneurship culture among young people as a new form of employee-driven innovation
Career guidance and professional inclusion
To promote the recognition and transferability of knowledge, skills and competences of Youth Animators at European level
To transform career guidance of generation Z through introducing an innovative, game-based scenario approach for preparing the next generation for the jobs of the future
To create the new job profile for the WBL Professional in a transparency approach, i.e. through the application of EQF and ECVET, detailing the specific knowledge, skills and competences necessary to promote, guide, assist, facilitate and assess effective WBL experiences
To train and sensitise youth leaders and sports instructors to the issues of gender equality, encouraging them to deliver sports activities that are free of stereotyping
